I'm finding webmail to be very lively today

Sorry, but don't you mean "Ducks for Duvets"?
But that aside I find that when this site runs slow, so does the webmail, and this site is not running as fast as it should be.

@JonoH This week I have had less error messages than normal and I have noticed that access has been quicker.
During the day, strangely enough, has been better but in the evening / night I have found access to be slower and sometimes I have to click another message and then go back to the original to get it to load.
Regardless, it's a massive improvement and if it continues to improve from here on then I would hope to be able to say all is normal again.
Unfortunately many are getting used to seeing incremental improvements only for it to go into reverse.
Thanks for asking the question and, by the way, I got your "ducks for cover"

Hi JonoH, still the same out here. You, your colleagues, PN still ignoring relevant standard questions from paying customers on the subject. You're still directly affecting your customers daily routines - both personal & in their work environments. You're all still very rude, unprofessional, without a plan nor structure nor any sign of accountability. And there's still no sign of your faceless management who remain hidden behind PN's customer hindrance.......sorry, customer service dept.
How's it going in PN towers on the subject? Any answers yet? Any plan yet? Any customer service yet?

@annthomasltd - Genuine question: If, as your user name suggests, you are a commercial organisation, why are you even using webmail? If I was such an entity, I would be using a dedicated email service linked to my domain.

"Service Unavailable" for me at the moment when trying to send an email. tried to delete emails and connection lost. Back to 'normal' after a few days of it not being too bad.

Following my earlier update things went downhill with a series of error messages and slow service.
It's very frustrating as you think things are getting better when you have a few days of acceptable service and then it reverts to the levels we are all complaining about.
Below is an example of the error messages I have received:
Loading....
Server Error (Internal Server Error)
Refreshing
Service Unavailable
PS - Just to add that my Webmail Inbox has just over 100 emails and zero in all other folders.

00:38 Hrs, I'm finding downloading messages from webmail to Windows 10 Mail lightening fast at the moment, so much so it's as if I've had a CPU upgrade!! I click on sync messages and they just arrive instantly as if by magic, amazing!
I hope this is the signs of something more permanent, I think we've all tired of the issues surrounding webmail in recent months.
