I have had nothing from Greenby or Plusnet about the migration, could it be because I only have an email only account with plusnet?

@sjmartin60 No any user with a Plusnet or associated brand email account will be contacted at the appropriate time.

I can read emails from plusnet using Thunderbird but Have always had problems sending.

Sudenly today one of my plusnet email accounts is having server connection problems in Outlook (Classic) and is not recognising my password; a pop up keeps asking me for it but fails to accept/recognise it. The server settings seem to have changed from relay.plus.net to mail.enmail.co and every time I try and change it I get a message saying failed to connect. Google AI suggests it is something to do with migration of my account to "Greenby", but they don't have any means of contact or support, but is providing several different mail server account settings.
Not sure what to do.

Continue to use relay.plus.net.
If you've changed your password, or it's different with Greenby, ensure you're using your Plusnet password. Any full error messages would be useful too.

Thank you for your response.
I have tried again using the relay.plus.net but without luck.
The message I am getting in Outlook is "Something went wrong", "We couldn't connect to the incoming (POP) server. Please check th incoming (POP) server settings and try again."
I am wondering if I should remove and reinstall the account?

I have tried using the mail.plus.net for the outgoing server and get the same message. I tried unchecking the message requiring encrypton box and got a slightly different message "The connection to the incoming (POP) server was dropped. Please check the incoming (POP) server settings and try again."
I have looked at my other plusnet email accounts and they all seem to have the "mail.enmail.co" server settings and seem to be working normally. I have retried with those settings, which it keeps defaulting to, and get back to the mailbox password not being recognised. However, the mailbox is working normally on my iphone with those log in details.

I still haven't had any notifications from Greenby about the migration although Thunderbird is working fine

I also haven't had any communication from Greenby. The email account in question is working fine in Thunderbird and also in webmail.

1) Close Oultook
2) Open the Control Panel, yes Ye Olde Worlde Control Panel, not Settings
3) In the Control Panel, double click on the Mail applet

5) OK out of everything
6) Restart Outlook
No guarantee that will work for you but I've found it the only safe way to get Outlook to use the settings I want.

This may or may not be relevant.
Dredging through possibly stale memories I may recall there could in the past have been something like "POP before send (SMTP)". It may have been related to infected devices trying to just use SMTP to send messages. Therefore a failed connection to the incoming mailserver could prevent a send. This may be cured using olde worlde stuff (as you alude). It does have the appearance of a client-side problem, but I could be wrong.

I have tried changing the server settings via control panel, and made sure they match the other plusnet accounts. However, the log in problem is persisting.
The latest error message I have received is "Log on to incoming email server (POP3): Your incoming (POP3) email server has reported an internal error. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP). The server responded: * OK IMAP4 ready".
I am tempted to try and uninstall and reinstall that account. I will report back if that succeeds.
