No Email Access

My husband and I both have the same issue on each of our accounts.  Can't download emails ('Error- temporary problem, please try again later). Can't log in to webmail either. This seems to happen often early in the morning. Maintenance? Would be good to be informed, people still do business in the early hours.

Since last night my password has been rejected using Outlook on both laptop and android phone, and I also can't login using webamail.  I was worried that my password may have been hacked, but am now wondering if there is some sort of outage affecting selected accounts ?

You are not the only one.  I cannot access my Plusnet email account on my iMac using Mac OS 12.0.1 and Mail Application. I cannot access webmail either- Log in failed.  I have deleted my Imap email account and tried to reinstall it  but receive a message: unable to verify account or password. I hope the matter is soon resolved.

Yep, same here.  Woke up theis morning and unable to login into all email accounts - same messages as others using Thunderbird.

Sorry, another me too post. iPhone and iPad both reporting The Username or password are incorrect. Webmail just reports login failed.

No email working here either for me or my partner. Whether by mail client or webmail. Hope this is fixed soon!!!

Is anyone else having problems logging onto their email accounts this morning?  The login just hangs while the page appears to be dealing with the password.  I’d call the helpline but I simply don’t have time but neither do I want to be without emails. Most frustrating.

Whilst incredibly frustrating, it is some reassurance to know that one is not alone !  I was convinced that my account had been hacked, but it looks like a more general issue that will presumably eventually be fixed.

Same here - have tried Mac mail, iPhone and webmail - password rejected on each. We have multiple accounts as each of the kids has their own plusnet webmail account and none of them are working.

Plusnet, please note thread "No E-Mail Access".  There are general problems with accessing e-mail !!

Same problem here - cannot access email on Linux PC or Android phone or tablet.
