The reply was supposedly from the same agent who was dealing with my ticket. I assume the agents are not also bots...
My emails from today have now come through but it looks like all those from the 3 July have gone into a black hole.
Incidentally, is there anything that can be done to block or report phishing/spam emails from my own postmaster address ?
I don't want to put my own email address on a blacklist...😳

@Bookworms
We had a dozens of emails that came in where the Sender was forged as one of our email account.
In the email Header/Source we found these were easy to detect from the : spf=fail or spf=softfail

I've looked at the source but I can't see anything about spf. maybe I don't have it set in Thunderbird?
I'm not very good at reading email sources but they appear to be originating form dovecot-director-4.dovecot-director.enmail
I see there are other threads about this particular brand of spam/fake extortion email but it's the first time I've received one.

Thanks for the link to the status page - I had not seen that before.
MInd you, it still shows SMTP, webmail and the portal as having been up over the last days!
I am pretty sure they were all borked!

I agree there is that incident, from 22:15 to 08:16 ... but I had raised a ticket at 9:52 saying it was all unavailable, yet the bot replied We did experience some major outages earlier this evening that affected the Greenby website and our webmail services. However, our system status shows that these incidents have been successfully fixed, and all services are now fully operational again. It ended by saying Live chat isn't available right now, but someone will reply via email during normal working hours. even though technical support is supposed to be available 24/7. And it was about lunchtime when things really seemed to be working again here.
My post above was referring to what you see if on the main status page you click on the 'Operational' labels on the right, against any of SMPT, Webmail or the portal. you get a pretty graph of the 'Uptime' over the last 90 days. Only webmail shows some downtime on 5th, but none on 6th. The other two show no downtime on the 5th and 6th. Which is certainly not the whole truth as I saw it, as they were all down for about 20 hours.
