Verification on default email address not working?

Good afternoon,
I have had no new emails sent to my default address since Sunday, all my peripherals (ipad, iphone and imac) all say that the account name/password cannot be verified?
This even happens when I attempt to access emails via the online login too. All other emails to the domain'@<removed>.plus.com' are working
Personal information removed from a public forum (to an area that staff can see).
Fixed! Go to the fix.

We also have ex-Plusnet a/c in the <name>@<account>.plus.com format
I'm not quite sure what default email address means, regardless ...
1) Login to the email management portals and make sure that a mailbox exists for the problem email address.
2) Make sure the Username is the email address of the mailbox i.e. not an alias and not <account>+<name>
For Plusnet : https://www.plus.net/manage_my_mail/
For Greenby : www.greenby.com ( Use the same credentials as for the Plusnet Management Centre )

I logged onto the greenby site and turned on my default mailbox (the one you get initially that catches all emails)
