Trying to solve a VOIP problem, I consulted A&A support who were very helpful. It was a joy to be dealing with a human instead of a bot. But A&A emails always ended up in the Greenby junk folder. I marked each message "Not Junk" but it did not help. How many times do you have to mark emails from the same sender "Not Junk" before the Greenby filter lets them through?

Experience shows the Greenby website cannot remember "not junk" instructions. You have to create an email filter to guide junked messages to your inbox.
Go to Email → Filters. Click Add. Under Rules…, choose Sender → contains → the sender’s email.
Under Action…, choose Deliver to Inbox (or a folder you prefer). Save. This bypasses the spam engine entirely for that sender.
Another option is to put the sender in the White List.

The BLOCK and WHITELIST do not work on Greenby
" the machine apologised as it must be most frustrating for me " !
whtelisted addresses still going into junk folder, I suppose i should be grateful they are arriving at all.
Everything so slow always downloading or refreshing all the time.
Done a test sent from my AOL account to greenby yesterday took 10mins to show.
Someone messing about last week logged on everything empty all emails in saved folders gone
just got them all back thankfully, one wonders if it will get better when all migrations finished ????![]()

On Greenby website go to Email-Manage. Select mailbox by clicking View Webmail. Click Settings on left side, then Filters, then Create.
