It's gone again... Getting connection errors from desktop mail client. can't login to webmail.

So I have just Logged into Greenby Portal page and guess what NO MAIL BOXES, ZIP NADDA NOTHING. I could use other phrases but I wont. This is now beyond a joke I have been with PN before they were PN and originally FORCE 9 so we are talking 30+ ish years I have never had an issue even when they changed to PN, there broad band is fine I have no issues and speeds are stable and reliable, but this mess with selling off there email to clearly a third rate outfit who either dont know what there doing or cant cope with the sudden influx of users is very poor and as others has said did PN do any research, field testing etc to see if there up to the task, I would say clearly not.
So with that in mind I wonder if PN will be compensating its customers for the incompetent mess they have created and inconvenience caused.
yes I am on a rant I am sorry I dont deal with incompetence very well !

I have found the service to be generally awful. I think PlusNet have made a dreadful mistake subcontracting their email to Greenby. They seem like amateurs.
They messed up my migration by not moving over all my forwards and aliases etc.
It is frequently slow when accessing the webmail.
Whenever I contact support I feel like I'm the most technical person in the conversation, and that's after I have battled through the bot.
And since yesterday emails are very slow to arrive in my inbox and the webmail is unusable.

Unfortunately PN has soid us down the river. It has not subcontracted as that would involve retaining some control/overseeing. It has washed its hands of email. This will damage PN's reputation greatly, but I don't suppose it cares. especially if it is winding down.

Hi,
Tried it again this morning (Monday 5th) and thought just for a moment that all was well but after a couple of quick tests it’s like lots of others have already said - still flaky – very quick one minute then fails the next time, failing more often than not.
It was nice to hear that dabbler spoke to a helpful CS person at Plusnet who at least tried to help. It’s all too easy to blame Plusnet but it’s obviously BT who’s calling the shots.
Like lots of people on here I rely on my email service and whilst I appreciate I’m presently getting this free that gives me precious little satisfaction if it’s not reliable.
Being the ever optimist I’m hoping it will get better…

Everytime i have reported issues to Greenby they never reply.

I rasied a ticket but even the AI Bot is ignoring me now. It wouldn't surprise me if it is trying to update me via emails that I cannot receive!

Earlier today I logged into Greenby.com only to find that whilst I could see my domain, it showed no mailboxes (should have 3). I have just submitted a ticket and the AI Chatbot replied -
Hi there,
Thank you for getting in touch. I'm aware there are currently some known technical issues affecting the service at the moment, and our engineers are actively working to resolve them.
The issue should be fixed shortly - please try again in a little while and your mailboxes should be visible.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

I was being facetious earlier when I suggested Greenby had emailed me. But when my emails came through, sure enough, there was one from Greenby. Unbelievable.

Just checked my account and all mailboxes are back. Also getting mail from them on BetterBird (Thunderbird fork).

That's because their bot tricks us into not submitting them. It asks lots of questions that must be answered, then it askes if you want it to be passed to the service desk and if you don't say yes it doesn't go any further.
