Cutting things short: does Plusnet host your domain?
If yes, then use the add spf records fudge; if no then create a DNS record in your registrar’s system.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As far as I am aware all my email goes through Plusnet and no issue except for Gmail. I can receive Gmail, but cannot send Gmail as it bounces. I use mail.plus.net for POP port 995 and SMTP relay.plus.net port 587 if that helps.
I am not very techy when it comes to this sort of issue so please bear with me. Thanks.
