Archiving of mailbox

I am moving house in the next few days but have already been cut off at my old house by Plusnet ahead of time.

I accept this has happened but this message today is to BEG and PLEAD that my emails won't be archived while I am in transit until 30th October.  I have all the legal, estate agent, and Probate emails to study and go through and if they are all archived I will be completely stuck.

I do hope you will NOT archive any emails until I have had a chance to move, sort and review.

Thank you in anticipation!

Re: Archiving of mailbox

@Shorty54 Providing your mailbox is reasonably tidy and empty, that should not happen. The only times archiving occurs is when (a) you have exceeded the capacity limit and not heeded warnings to trim it, or (b) when you haven't accessed it for 90 days.

@Shorty54

but have already been cut off at my old house

By that do you mean that just service at the old house has been ceased ?

Is your account still active ? Can you still login to webmail and see your email ?
