Freenetname Outgoing Emails

Hi there.
Just recently my outgoing emails are not being sent, and just end up in my outbox. I’m using the iOS Mail app.
Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear this is happening.

If you go to our webmail here and login by entering your full e-mail address and password does it let you send an e-mail there?

As of the 1st of January 2026, I no longer work in Plusne,t so I'll be unable to assist you with any queries.
