Hi Guys
I wish to block messages from a specific email address. I have added it to my blacklist together with my own gmail address for testing purposes. The mailbox I am sending my test messages to is not a catch-all. All the tests messages are still arriving in the target plusnet mailbox 😞
My question is do I need to have the Spam protection "for all domains" ticked as active for Blacklisting to work?

A warm welcome to the forums.
Do you have a domain other than youraccount.plus.com on your account?
If yes, which domain is the sender you want to block using?
You need to look at the in bound email headers and check the FROM and REPLY-TO addresses. If I recall correctly, it is the REPLY-TO address which needs to go in to the block list.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
