Cannot send totalise emails

Same this morning for me. Still unable to send emails to any address. Incoming mail is fine.

The only advice I have at the moment is to run the email server diagnostics - see the link below.  It will advise if the correct server settings for each  brand.

Yes sending email works.

What still doesnt work is sending email from a Totalise account to another Totalise email....

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      'xxx@Totalise.co.uk' on 30/09/2025 12:16

            Server error: '550 <xxx@Totalise.co.uk> recipient domain rejected (blacklisted by local policy)'

I am able to send from my Totalise address using Outlook and Webmail

But when I try to use the mail app on my iPhone I get the same error as yesterday:

From iPhone: "Cannot Send Mail [relevant email address] and [my totalise address] are not valid email addresses and have been rejected by the server. The message has been placed in your Outbox."

Still having problems sending email from my wife's madasafish email account to my totalise email account (as reported in posts 34-36 of this string).

As with other users my general sending problems have been fixed today, but I don't have any totalise contacts to try sending to.

Do I need to open a separate issue for the madasafish to totalise error as it isn't yet fixed?

@MG56 you can try emailing yourself at your MAAF or totalise address. You'll get the same problem.
As with others non-MAAF are working again. Still unable to send to totalise accounts.
