Cannot send totalise emails

This looks to have resolved teh problem.  Messages in out box from yesterday have gone and been delivered,  I have just sent 2 test emails one from my pc and one from my phone sucessfully.

Having said that my care4free.net e-mail address was working normally, I now fund I cannot send e-mails from Thunderbird mail, despite it working on webmail and on Bluemail. Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

Does it give a specific error message?

Yes, exactly the same as before.-

My totalise email seems to be working other than sending emails to another totalise email.

 It still gives the same SMPT 550 error  recipent domain rejected (blacklisted by local policy)

The issue is largely resolved but emails from my totalise account to Hotmail addresses are not being received. I get no error message or bounce back when using Outlook on my laptop. My phone rejects the attempt and tells me that the recipient Hotmail address and my outgoing totalise address are “not valid email addresses”! Any advice please?

Is everyone still working fine except for to Microsoft addresses?

I've just tried sending to my gmail address from this computer on Thunderbird and from my phone on Bluemail and still had exactly the same result - 'blacklisted by local policy, etc' However, it did work on plusnet webmail, which is better than last night!

Does it matter if you use client or webmail?
