Cannot Access Email on Plusnet Webmail, on Apple Mail or Login to Greenby

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any idea how to access my greenby email? I cannot access my email on webmail or apple mail in order to get the email that Greenby would have sent me with details for logging in to my account on Greenby. This doesn't seem possible. Help! Does anyone have any ideas? Plusnet is not helping me at all. And it appears that one cannot get support via Greenby without an account. I am worried that I have been somehow hacked.

@Claude1 Are you sure you have been migrated? To log into the Greenby site use this link:https://greenby.com/  . The username is your PN  accountname, the password is  the one you use to access the member centre.

When registering on the forums, you provided an account username. That particular username/email hasn't been transferred to Greenby yet - you may have more accounts though.

Edit: Have you opted out of transfer?

Which webmail are you using? Even if already migrated to Greenby you should still be able to access Plusnet emails via the old Plusnet Roundcube webmail interface (for now).

To log on to your Greenby account you need to log on at the Greenby portal at greenby.com using your Plusnet account username (not email address) and password. You can then access Greenby emails via your Greenby account. Afterwards you can access your emails directly via the Greenby Roundcube webmail site, but here you need to log on with your full email address and your Plusnet account password.

I'd like confirmation I was looking at the right account though - and that the user hasn't opted out.

Hello Plusnet,

I have not opted out although the main account holder did. The account is fisherjohnson and it is an f9  account. As I cannot access the inbox in any way for my email associated with this account (and now there is only one active email address on the account), I have provided my gmail address instead as a means of contacting me. I have tried every approach that has been suggested for logging in to greenly as well as webmail. None of them work for the account or my email address.

It sounds like you are confusing accounts with mailboxes.  One account can have multiple mailboxes.  It sounds like you are using a mailbox linked to the account of someone who has opted out.  The opt out applies to the account, which means all linked mailboxes are also opted out.
