I've deleted my old Plusnet email addresses on Greenby's web site. How do I kick Greenby out altogether? I don't want bills coming through at some future date. I've no use for them any more. I've now got gmail addresses. I can't find how to do it.

The easiest way is just to ignore any requests for payment. Are you a current Plusnet subscriber?

Maybe look at https://greenby.com/ select >Billing -->Services three dots at the end of line for you email address.
or ask the Greenby help bot if that above doesn't work.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

A different alternative is to raise a right to erasure request with Greenby so that they will remove all your data. More information can be found here
https://greenby.com/info/privacy can be found under "Your right to erasure"

Using the Greenby portal : https://greenby.com/
Have a look at : Billing >>> Services >>> 3 dot menu >>> Cancel
I have not tried this as I do not wish to cancel any services.
