I do find I often get the following message when attempting to log in:

"Account details not recognised, please try again."

This is off-putting, but it will normally let me log in on the second attempt.

Since I was migrated more than a week ago I've managed to login to webmail (webmail.plus.net) to access most of my mailboxes. However my partner just tried accessing webmail - he has our 'primary' username - and he can't login. He's tried the password he has for the mailbox and the password we use for our PN account (i.e. what we use to connect to the outgoing mail server from our desktop mail clients) and neither works.

so  PNusername+secondarymailbox  all work ok, but PNusername+primarymailbox doesn't

Can someone please advise?

BTW We've not yet logged into the Greenby website as posts from other users indicate it is slow, confusing and liable to give incorrect information - so we don't dare change the password for his mailbox in case he loses all access to his mail.

Just to add I've been able to get into this morning without issue! But my folders and emails still aren't there.

My experience today:

Tried to log in with <primary_mailbox>@<username>.plus.com, which has previously worked, at least on the second or third try, and I just get "Account details not recognised, please try again."
Tried again with simply <username> and I was able to get in to the account and to webmail for all 4 mailboxes.

Though Greenby invites the user to enter "Username or Email Address", whether either or both are acceptable at any given moment seems to be a bit of a lottery!

For anyone having difficulties logging in at greenby.com, persisting seems to get you in eventually.

After the first week or so, my experience using an email client (Apple Mail) is reasonably trouble-free.

Can't someone from Plusnet just recover the folders so I can grab the content again? Not bothered about them on Greenby if I can just reforward the lot elsewhere. I need them back as some of them are related to Probate on an estate and very important.

P.S. I've now noticed that I can log in using the email address <username>@<username>.plus.com -- and address that I do not recognise, and that Greenby seem to have concocted of their own accord. 

This is not, and has never been, my primary address, but I see that Greenby have it recorded as the main email address on my account profile.

I'm minded to ask Greenby to change this, but will wait for a while as I have a "catch-all" address already set.

Strangely my partner can login to webmail.plus.net no problem now. Maybe somebody fixed something behind the scenes?

We've logged into the Greenby site now and it's not as scary as I'd been led to believe.

But being able to view the contents of every mailbox from the main menu....?!?
