Can anyone help please?
I've had the email to confirm that my mail service has now migrated to Greenby. I can get into the Greenby system, but I can only see my xxx@xxx.plus.com mailbox. For over 25 years I have had my own domain name and associated mailboxes, originally provided by Freenetname, then migrated to Madasafish, and then Plusnet. I was expecting to see these mailboxes and the domain in my Greenby account, but they are not there.
Who can I contact to sort this out?
TIA

I was expecting to see these mailboxes and the domain in my Greenby account, but they are not there.
Where a domain is hosted on a plusnet account , the mailboxes are common between the domain and the native .plus.com address i.e fred@<domain> will be the same mailbox as fred@<account>.plus.com
Having said that, my understanding is that accounts with hosted domains are not being transferred yet.
For over 25 years I have had my own domain name and associated mailboxes, originally provided by Freenetname, then migrated to Madasafish, and then Plusnet.
Is your domain hosted on your Plusnet account or still on one of the legacy accounts ?

It's all a little confusing....
Whois shows that the dns servers are force9, and the Registrar is plusnet t/a Madasafish. Added to this, the account login info in my email applications for the @mydomain accounts uses my old @freenetname.
So I'm not really sure where any of it actually is or what I (or PN) would need to do to get it all in one place....

Whois shows that the dns servers are force9,
The nameservers are always ns1/2.force9.net irrespective of which 'brand' hosts the domain.
Added to this, the account login info in my email applications for the @mydomain accounts uses my old @freenetname.
That would seem to indicate that the domain is hosted on the legacy freenetname account which is completely separate from you Plusnet (.plus.com) account. If that's the case then that explains things. The freenetname account won't have been migrated yet (because it has a hosted domain). So your domain email should still be accessible exactly as before and the mailboxes for the domain will not show in the Greenby account.
If that doesnt seem to be the case then please post back.

Thanks MisterW. So I'm all good for now, and the @mydomain will migrate at a later point.

Correct, the freenetname account will migrate later and move the domain with it. When it does, you will get an email to the contact address for the freenetname account. Make sure you are periodically checking that email address...
