Click on mail envelope icon > then the three dots to the right of your email address.
Hopefully you'll see your folders there.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

You need the inbox view, then click the three dots to the right of your email address

make sure you have Mail checked, so you have the above view with the Inbox in view
I have redacted my email address, then the three dots
Edit: then Manage folders - here you add the required folders
If they are missing then something has happened with the migration or you're looking at a different email address

Clicking manage folders take me to the previous pic with the folders listed.

That's the process I used for my missing folders, silly question this is the account with the folders.
Maybe the migration hasn't completed fully hopefully @Leanne_T can help further.

Since last night I keep getting a login failed on Greenby whenever I try to log in. Can still get into my plusnet account but doesn't have the folders there.
