@dwp99 - I have followed up on the task raised, and we have found 1 archive. Which we have restored. Please, can you check your inbox for me
 

@dawson - I checked your mailbox and found no archived emails. I can see emails dating back to February 2025. How many emails are you missing and when did they go missing?
 

@Carl67 - I can see emails from March 2022, but I don't see any archived messages.

 I've checked, and I can see emails in your inbox from June. Can you verify if the emails are there in webmail? If not, I can get this looked into further

Hello, this is my third or fourth time of asking, all of my emails from late June have disappeared, and I would like them unarchived, especially since some of them are invoices and the only record I have, also personal things like correspondence from two friends who have since died, that I would like to keep.  Please can you help, it is the account beginning with m and also the account beginning with g.  Please PM me if you need further information.

@mray  Hi there, apologies you've had to ask so many times for your mails to be unarchived. I have submitted a task to our netops team today and will be monitoring the request to make sure this is completed this time round.

@Marsh Sorry for late reply. - it would be all my emails prior to Feb 2025 - literally thousands - I understand that they probably got archived as I hadn't accessed my mailbox for 90 days around the period Dec24-Feb25.

What is the policy for archived emails - if they don't get requested to be reinstated within a certain timeframe are they gone forever?

@MikeMcEwing Hi! I cannot see any emails archived on your account. Are you using an email client? Try logging into webmail.plus.net and see if they show up in there.

@dawson If emails get archived, and say archived for 90 days, they will be gone for good I am afraid. I did check, I can see emails from Feb 2025 onward, but those archived before then, sad to say, I won't be able to retrieve them.
