Thanks. I got your reply with the reference. RITM00899236 I’ve waited well over five days. Tried logging in a few times over this intervening period but still my emails weren’t unarchived. I see today from the ticket that it’s been cancelled due to inactivity. Can you please unarchive my emails, tell me when it’s happened, and then I will extract what I need and delete my mailbox. Thank you.

Good morning

Please can you tell me whether my emails have been archived again?

Over the weekend I’ve deleted extensively, and now all of a sudden, all but the last two weeks have disappeared.

@dwp99 Thank you for reaching out, I'm sorry to hear your mail box has been archived again. I have re-raised a task for this to be unarchived, however, the inbox is over capacity and it will keep on being archived if emails are not deleted, can I also advise that when deleting emails, in order to get the space free, they have to be deleted from the "deleted" inbox as well.

 

@stevel59 I tried calling you noting no answer and only the option to leave a voicemail, I hope you are well. At your earliest convenience, please can you DM us the best contact number and a window of time suitable to call you back so that we can discuss his further with you.

Looks like my inbox has been archived again, can someone please restore the one beginning in esa ?

 

Once again, I only discovered the tickets asking me to have a clear up after logging in here because my emails have vanished! Is there some way I can make sure they appear somewhere I can read before it's too late?

@JoeTWO  Could be an error with the ticket number, log into your member centre account and use the link below, it should find any questions/tickets on your account.

@RealAleMadrid   I tried that (always tend to check links before thanking a post) and - curiously - it wouldn't work.  Logged in, lots of other info displayed but no sign of tickets.

 

However *this* did:

https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search

... which redirects to
https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login?p=search 

... which when logged in redirects to
https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=search

 

... whereas the *primary* link being https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login?p=search (as in your post above)

... just goes to https://www.plus.net/member-centre/home?login=true  (post login).

 

... Which causes me to think that the "portal", "member centre", call it what you will, (deliberately) displays a standard-type URL at login stage *regardless* of by-what-means the login page was reached, but once the login activates, the intended destination becomes visible again in the URL.

 

That's my guess, anyway.

That link didn't do anything for me either, unfortunately Sad

 

The original link that was sent the first time my email was archived does take me to the tickets warning me about being archived this time, but says I have no open tickets!

I can see why that happened. Sorted and 

I have requested for your mail box to be unarchived now, this should be done within the next 5 working days.

 

I could not see an email address beginning with what you mentioned though. 

Only your default mail box.

 

Do you have a separate mail only account or anything like that?

You can always private message me if you have a username or the full email address I should be able to search using that.

 

I've also updated your account with a new ticket regarding the raised task for email unarchive.

You should now be able to reply on there, since it is an open ticket.

@mray  Raised the unarchive task for you today. Please allow 3-5 working days for this task to be completed. 

 

@dwp99  A task was raised on 08/07 to unarchive your emails. Have no mails returned as of yet? Please let me know so i can either chase this up or re-submit another task for you.
