I find this bewildering - my mail box size when it had 13000 items was 1120MB.
I have spent hours deleting and reducing the box to around 5000 items (a reduction of 8000). Surely my mail box was within the limits with that amount of reduction? (I did delete the items from the Deleted Items folder as well).
The only warning I received this time was a few days after they were unarchived (when I still had some 13000 items).
Please can my mail box be unarchived again?
Also please don’t put me back to square one again (when they were archived the last time, I had deleted a few thousand leaving 10000 items. When they were unarchived, I was back at 13000 items).
Maybe I’m overlooking something here?

@sn5775 I have raised a task for you today to get your mailbox unarchived, please allow 3-5 working days for your mails to be retrieved.
@dwp99 From what i can see, we haven't archived your emails just yet? (atleast the system notification on your account isn't there from what i can see) the last notification was a warning that you're just over the 1gb capacity. Apologies the last unarchive put you back to square one. I can ask one of the netops team to see if there's a way we can submit an unarchive task that would ignore the mails you've deleted and retrieve the unarchived mails only. Please let me know what you're wanting to do and ill do what i can for you.

I have double checked myself and can confirm that the only notification I got was on the 23 July.
I spent the weekend of 26/27 July deleting thousands. I then spent last weekend deleting another thousand to bring the total to around 5000.
Considering I starting on 13000 emails (with a size of 1120MB), and brought it down 5000, I would have thought that I would have been in the clear.
However, it certainly seems that my emails have been archived again - I’m now just left with 300 odds emails spanning the last 2 weeks (which is exactly what happened the last time they were archived).
I really don’t want to be put back at square one again - I have spent hours not only deleting them, but carefully sifting through for ones which need to be kept for various reasons. Therefore, please can you ask the NetOps team to see whether anything can be done.

I used this thread re an archive issue which was successfully resolved. Thank you.
I now wish to unsubscribe as I am receiving e mail notifications of everyone else's requests. I followed the unsubscribe route but the only option it leads to is to cancel my e mail account, which I don't want to do as it is a key e mail contact. Any ideas or solutions, please?

Use the thread options drop-down at the very bottom of the thread and select unsubscribe.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hope you can unarchive them soon? I should say I was in the process of deleting email when they were archived - at a point when I’d got it under the required amount ironically - so would really appreciate a speed restoration if possible :

One of mailboxes has been archived, please can it be restored?
I am constantly being told my mailbox exceeds the limit despite me and my daughter moving to different providers.
My daughter's mailbox shows as quite large even though she no longer uses plusnet and has deleted the majority of her emails with just a few spam messages remaining on your server. My son and husband still use it and my son would like his mail restored please.

As for your daughters mailbox showing as being quite large, did she delete everything from the deleted items/bin as well?
