I think my mailbox went over the 1Gb size and it's been archived. Can anyone help in restoring this please?

My mailbox still hasn't been restored. I responded to a couple of PMs but ather than checking via Webmail regularly, have seen no changes nor received any notifications. Can you tell me what is happening? Thanks.
