I still can't see my bill. Our VLAN is congested. Chat is still broken, as were the promises to improve phone support.
Enough. We'll be migrating away shortly.

Sorry to see you feel this way richi, I'll do all I can to help unless it's too late. I've checked your account and the bills are displaying fine for us. Can you try deleting cookies and temporary internet files and try that again please?
With regards to the VLAN can I ask if you've noticed anything specific such as speed issues at peak times that are making you believe that's an issue?

aaand now Accounts are trying to stiff us for a bogus cancellation charge. Vague promises of don't worry about it, it's a glitch, but no actual followup to the threatening email sent by Plusnet.
Sincere thanks for the offer to help, @adamwalker. You've been super-helpful in the past, when we were struggling with 20CN, but I'm afraid Plusnet just isn't the same company any more, despite the odd shining star such as you.
