My phone line has finally switched to Plusnet after 3 months of issues, however I have noticed that caller ID isnt working.
Can someone from plusnet please fix this asap

It looks like the features on the account weren't live on the back end system so have now placed an order to add these for you, this should complete within 24 working hours.
