any chance that someone at PN look at this????
I have awoken to find that i was connected at the huge amount of 608kbps, so i restarted my router and it has now gone to 3Mbps, but the internet is VERY slow, so after a speed check i am getting 0.42Kbps which is not the first time since i transferred to plusnet that this has happened.

i can not wait for my contract to be finished as i will be moving , all i want is stability. After all i can not get good speeds so at least could i have it faster than 0.42Kbps.

Did you test via a wired connection or wireless? Would recommend trying with wired if you didn't.

Either the BT IP profile is limiting you - run a BT speed test - further diagnostic to check or that has recovered (if you are on 21CN) and then this copy will likely be doing it https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed

Hi emmanneil,
Your BT profile was set to 2500 so I've matched this on our side, which should mean the prioritisation will be working as intended and should improve things. As for the slow speed, there were a number of outages this weekend which led to the network being a little out of balance on the 20CN (up to 8Mb) side of things.
That should be improved now though, please let us know if you've not noticed any sort of effect on the speed?
