Any progress?  It has been a while.
Nothing has changes and it is getting worse.

Re: What speed is reasonable to expect

I put the results that I could get on a ticket on your account on the 14th December as per my reply in this thread.
It doesn't look like there is a fault ticket open at the moment, or ever, on your account for us to investigate any potential issues?
If you raise it to us at http://faults.plus.net we can make sure any fault is investigated for you.

Thanks.  I was expecting to see something, but could not.
I may have raised a ticket not sure, had to answer a lot of questions to be told no problems, which, from my perspective, is not correct.

Re: What speed is reasonable to expect

if you want PN to answer just try raising a ticket like they keep asking you to do (since before 14th Dec)

Re: What speed is reasonable to expect

I've seen your fault, thanks. Looking at the line stats, I would suggest an SNR reset is a good way to go first of all, this also restarts the initial 10 day training period on your line. Let me know if you're happy to go ahead with this.

Not sure what the implications are for me, but yes please reset.

Re: What speed is reasonable to expect

SNR reset requested, you should start noticing the SNR altering over the next 10 days.

Re: What speed is reasonable to expect

Just downloaded a kernel at >7000, so it looks promising so far.  Thank you.
