Yes, I still cannot access USENET this morning.  It asks me for authentication.

For those having trouble I suggest you double check your news reader configuration to make sure authentication is off - it used to work both ways but wasn't needed and authentication is still broken.

Since many people seem to have service restored now I would do two things:
1 Raise a support incident (ticket) and ask that it be escalated immediately. The fact that most users IP ranges have been enabled doesn't mean that Giganonews have got them all. Specify your IP address.
2 Send a PM to Bob Pullen who seems to be able and willing to help resolve this and ask him to make sure it doesn't go into an "its fixed - do nothing" loop.
