Unable to turn off firewall

I have been unable to connect to my work VPN (Checkpoint VPN) through my home plusnet network. There have been no issues connecting by tethering my mobile.

 

I believe the issue may be due to the PlusNet firewall. However, the link to disable to firewall online (http://plus.net/member-centre/broadband/firewall) only brings me to a blank page.

 

Is there a way to disable the firewall? Thank you

@cncalvin   Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.

How long have you been a Plusnet customer? I ask as Plusnet stopped providing their broadband firewall a couple of years ago, the argument being that this was a hangover from the dial up days.

...I assume this applies to newer customers only, as it is still available to me.

From memory, if you were using it at the time then it's still available. However, I think that the facility has probably been removed if ir was turned off at the time of the discontinuation.
