I'm hoping someone can give me some advise. I requested on the 9th April to have Interleaving turned off on my line on Service Request 32878278. Initially the request was completed and I was told it was turned off. My router however, after being disconnected and turned off claimed to be connected on an interleaved path and not a Fast Path as expected. Plusnet were fairly quick to find out the mistake was at BTs end who claimed it was off when it wasn't. Last week I recieved another communication stating that Interleaving had finally been turned off. I disconnected and shutdown my router for a good hour and when I reconnected it connected on....you guessed Interleaved Path. Am I doing something wrong or expecting something that won't happen.
