slow download speed

can someone please look at my line profile and adjust accordingly as my speeds are really low, and yes i,m supposed to be on PRO?? downloaded a file from steam other day 150mb and it took me best part of half an hour lol, with speeds of just 90kbs!! my line supports 6mb so shouldnt be this low, and yes i,m only a 200 odd yards from exchange
