@Baldrick1 That's an interesting question about being forced onto FTTP when you are transferred to EE. I'm currently FTTC, & will be transferring to EE. The email I received simply said that I will receive a replacement hub. Nothing about having to have FTTP installed. I'm in a FTTP priority area. There was no mention in the FAQ on the Plusnet website either.
I know that the email was a generic one, but you would have thought that Plusnet would have mentioned somewhere that you will need a FTTP installation if you are in a priority area.
btw...I received another call from 01438 989277 today. Same result as yesterday. Answered within a few seconds, but no one at the other end. If they do ever decide to speak to me, I could ask them that question. No doubt they will try again tomorrow!

@Baldrick1 I received another call from that number this morning. I asked about whether I would be forced to move to FTTP, as I'm on a priority exchange. She said that I would be moved to FTTP as part of the transfer.
I don't know if it would be the same if I wasn't on a priority exchange.

I seem to recall you have other posts running but you are not forced to move to EE. You can stay with PN and move your phone service (if required) to a VOIP supplier.
However, either way I believe you have no choice but to move to FTTP.

@bmc Oh yes. I had choices, but I wanted the easiest way out for now, so decided to do nothing & let Plusnet transfer me to EE. Depending how the service with EE goes, I can decide when the remaining contract is up what to do next.
It's been over 30 days since the first email, so I assume I will be contacted soon about the actual transfer. My only query was about FTTP, as there was no mention of that in the email. The woman I spoke to thinks that it should have been mentioned.
