Slow speeds

Morning everyone. Over the last few days my download speed has dropped. Usually get around 450 to 500kb/s, but it has dropped to around 250kb/s. Really struggling to even get a decent picture on Netflix. I admit i have downloaded a lot over the last few months so was wondering if Plusnet was slowing it down  :-[. Any help would be great thanks.

Sorted this out. I dropped the Plusnet router in the bin and used an old Sky router i have the speeds are back to as they should. Just a shame it wont log my usage on my account. Cheers
