Slow for Burrowbridge ?

I am always telling you  how slow Broadband is for me  and know it has been  faster so what should my speed be  in understandable   terms  what to realistically expect Thank you

I believe you had a fault?

If so then your speed will be slow because of that fault but it should recover to what you had before given a bit more time. Normally takes around 10 days.

If it doesn't recover after this time I believe you can request a 'DLM reset' via the forums and this prompts it to restore speed. If the fault has been fully fixed your speed should then remain as fast as you saw it.
