Slow Speed

Im with PlusNet Pro and my connection is usually around 6mb, which is decent for online gaming. My connection speeds been slow for the last week or so, been around 4mb download. Ive not changed anything and i was wondering why my connections so bad. Also when I was with sky connect (last isp) i was getting 6.5mb download.

What does https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate say for your current line speed?

There's a few people complaining about Pro at the moment, although I'm seeing no problems.
Have you tried different gateways?

What gateway are you on? Looks like there might be some problems with some gateways today.

I'm on pcl-ag03 just now and performance is good. Was on a few different ones earlier though and performance was just as poor as you're seeing...

I'm on Pro and browsing speed is awful! on pte-ag1
This morning iplayer was constantly buffering and unwatchable. BBC website is taking ages to load any pages.

My speed has halved since Sunday evening and gradually getting slower. Just under the 400kbps now , Sunday lunchtime 996kbps. Slight improvement by resetting router but still under 500kbps.
