Serious issue with connection

Hi,
Since Wednesday night out internet speed as dropped through the floor. We are on full unlimited fibre but since midweek connection has dropped to around 1 to 1.9. can't do a thing. Have raised a case and problem was found. Personally I think there are other issues, maybe an earth problem also.

The speeds have been dropping since we got the service.and cause buffering issues quite a lot but now it's really bad

@moggies2 If you have reported the issue, have you been offered an engineer visit? What Hub/router are you using?

@moggies2 I can see it has been raised and it's all external at the minute. We will keep an eye on it for you.

Thanks for update appreciated. Sky stream is useless at the moment 😬
