My connection went down at 7.30 last night and still not back.
Did everythingI can think of.Reset modem etc.

@cslogg What colour/state is/are the light(s) on the router? Which router are you using?
I suggest you report a fault via https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/
Are you on FTTC or FTTP (full fibre)?
