Interleaving

I have a broadband fault and got an email saying that plus.net was going to try to put interleaving on but it might take 5 days to improve things.

Just two issues with this:
1. Interleaving was already on
2. Flicking the switch would take 5seconds, not 5 days.

So what is really going on when plus net send this message out?

I think the thought process behind this is that the remainder of the time can be used for the changes to fully take effect and monitoring to see if interleaving has actually helped the connection. 

I can see we've booked an engineer though and they're out today. Let me know how it goes.
