You need to change the browser you are using to use 'desktop site'

For google chrome, with the reply window open, top right three dots, select Desktop site.

This should expose the paper clip icon below the reply box.

Re: Flashing orange router

So latest update to the saga.Openreach engineer visited yesterday did all usual checks went to cabinet down the road and replaced fibre ports in cabinet did line test told me line running perfectly and blamed hive hub and disconnected hub assuring me it's fixed.Wake up this morning to flashing orange router so went up pressed boiler controls straight back to blue! Thinking will fttp help when available or does full fibre still interfere with boilers or visa versa?

Re: Flashing orange router

@tearlec If the Hive is not connected, and pressing the boiler controls 'fixes' it, I would suggest it is something connected with the boiler, rather than your router/internet connection.

ADDED; Can you post the current event log, please?

Re: Flashing orange router

So even without hive hub working yes boilers themselves do interfere with routers it's a well known fact according t Google I don't think I can do anything else but hope that maybe full fibre when available will help

Re: Flashing orange router

I could post event log but it won't solve the situation as open reach have shown me their test results and according to them it's fixed it's just interference between boiler and the router my wife will divorce me if I call in open reach again it only happens at night so will put up with it as I'm being driven crazy by this so will just run up to boiler if flashing orange repower Plusnet router

Re: Flashing orange router

Is there a timer on the boiler, or is it temperature controlled?

Fair enough, if you are happy doing that - me, I'd want the problem sorting once and for all.
