FTTP Problem - support bot unable to auto match - how else get a line check?

Tried raising an issue via https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

But the text reply says the plusnet bot can't match my mobile number to my broadband.

This is despite me having my mobile number in my account details online.

Next stage it asks tor reply with my landline number.  But that went when I upgraded from 80/20 to 500 mrg full fibre.

Seems like a missing piece in the process there.

Anyways.  Been having slowness and random disconnects since about 4am looking at the logs on my ubiquiti cloud gateway.

Is there another way to instigate.a line check?

Cheers.

@Zarch Its a widespread problem https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/dns-block/td-p/1970427/page/2
