Dropping out..

For the last 10 days or so I have been losing my internet connection for a few minutes every day.. Can someone please check my connection and let me know what's going on please. Thank you.

@patti Thought I was correct - you reported a similar issue 11 months ago, where I made a suggestion, but we never heard anything back.

Hi John, Yes there was a problem a while a go but it was rectified. and now its dropping my connection. Any ideas?

started again.

@patti It appears you have a similar issue to last year - they can reoccur. Follow https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

Hi @patti I think I've found a problem that's affecting your broadband, I've got someone working on it now so hopefully be fixed shortly.

HI Dave,

Sorry. I've just seen this .. It was fine until the weekend..  Saturday and Sunday it kept dropping out and today for a short while, Can you have another look and see what may be causing this please? Appreciate your help.

@patti Thank you for getting back in touch with us, I'm sorry to hear the issue is still ongoing.

 

I have tested your line and found there's a fault with the network, which is affecting your service. I have now raised this with Openreach and I have also emailed you from the account, please allow up to 2 working days for this to be addressed.

 

I hope this helps, please let me know if there's anything else in the meantime.
