Is it still possible to request a DLM reset via the forum? If so, I would appreciate if this could be arranged.
My line has been banded at 20000kbps download for ages and as far as I can tell, there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the line. The BT checker says I should get 21.4 - 32.8Mbps and I remember getting about 26Mbps previously, without interleaving. I've got the modem plugged into the test socket and there are no extensions or phones plugged in.
I've been using dslstats for a while and the connection is up for days/weeks at a time and the daily ES is low too so I don't know why the banding and interleaving is not being removed.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

We’re quite chocka right now, so it’s taking a little longer than I’d usually like to get back to customers and I'm sorry about that.
I have requested this for and it take about 30 minutes to go through.
