Broadband not working properly

Hi there. I upgraded from standard broadband to the highest package. Since yesterday at 8.00PM, I've had no internet. The light stays on orange and no broadband light flashes or stays on red. I've done factory resets, I've done everything and yet no joy.

What could be the issue?

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to see you're having connection problem after upgrading.

I can see we have an engineer arranged to visit you on 12.09.22 between 8am to 1pm.

Fingers crossed they can sort this for you. Let me know how you get on. Smiley
