Hi, The past few days I have had no broadband. The PlusNet router is flashing red / orange. Power light on Red.
I have tried resetting .
It is plugged directly into the master socket.
I have tried a different filter.
The phone (connected to the line) is working fine
Can anyone help please?

Text HELP to the Plusnet Fault Checker on 07800 008121 from the mobile that is registered with your account.
I will initiate a test and may fix it (it did for me), or will initiate next steps.
