Updated contract and speed suddenly dropped

Hi,

I had been out of contract for a while and decided it was time to get things sorted. So, I have cancelled my BT landline and opted for a fibre only package with upgraded router.... This was yesterday and since then my download speed has dropped to below 20 Mbps when it had been nearer 30 Mbps since Christmas.... Can this be coincidence?

What does https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome say your speed should be? A full screenshot would be helpful.

Can you attach a screenshot of the 'Technical Log - Information' page from your Hub, redacting the user name?

I would suggest you report a fault via :https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

Also, the router page I was looking for was as the attachment to this post.
