How are things progressing with investigating and resolving why (in some circumstances) the application of a revised line profile does not drop the PPP session? As illustrated here, the consequences of this frustrates the user and consumes a lot of support effort - indeed the detail might not be on ordinary support staff's radar.
We still see CRT staff's bidding to 'drop the link and all should be ok' - this ought to be unnecessary.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
