*21CN ONLY* Do you think your PN profile is not updating as it should?

Are the settings suposed to update auto yet  , if not mine tends to usually be around the 14mb mark but still at 12mb plusnet side , currently here showing on bt test

@ Jo update - seems as though whatever was causing my speed problem has been rectified by the new training period you sorted / or settings ?   , training  finished now couple of weeks or so back been obviously  much faster than its stuck 2mb for a good while now  so happy so I shant need to go ahead with booking  engineer call it seems now  so thanks for whatever setting etc sorted it

I was swapped to 21CN on the 14th March, however I did not receive an email about this and I was still using my old ADSL Router until 6th April when I replaced it with and ADSL2+ Router.
The current router stats shows as:
ADSL Link / Downstream / Upstream
Connection Speed / 11732 kbps / 1199 kbps
Line Attenuation / 38.5 db / 19.7 db
Noise Margin / 6.1 db / 6.0 db
Using Speedtest.net the typical results are

My Plusnet profile as not changed from 6.5 Mb.
It was interesting to note that shortly after I installed the new router I got the results below but 4 hours later I was getting similar result to those above..

My router re-synced at 18,389 just over 24 hours ago. BT profile is 16.22 Mbps, PlusNet profile is still 14.6 Mbps.

OK,
I can now join in contributing to this thread.
I was upgraded to 21CN/ADSL2+ just over a week ago on Tuesday 3rd April
My router has been on 13279kbps sync, and at this speed continuously 24/7 since last Saturday.
The BT speedtester is reporting an IP setting of 11720 as fully expected for this sync' speed.
But my Plusnet IP setting remains at 7150 - which was the old 20CN figure.
So please can it be aligned with the BT speedtester one

My router is synching at 9295, BT Profile is 8.2 Mbps and my Plusnet profile is 2.8 Mbps. Could you please increase my Plusnet profile to 8.2 Mbps.

Hi there
About 4 days after my upgrade to ADSL2+ at the end of March the line speed  rose to 12.5Mb/s (via speedtest.net & bbc iplayer speed test). It has now dropped to ~6Mb/s. The line is stable though I did reset the modem/router a few times last week following problems with your DNS servers.
Router currently reports:
Upstream 1255800
Downstream 15067500
SNR Margin(Upstream) 7.5 dB
SNR Margin(Downstream) 6.05 dB
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 13.0 dB
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 30.5 dB
CRC Errors(Upstream) 0
CRC Errors(Downstream) 0
Latency(Upstream) Fast
Latency(Downstream) Fast
Can the speed be bumped up please.
