The faceplate on the telephone socket is faulty but it took me ages to realise that, then my old router kept disconnecting so I bought a new one. Anyway to cut a long story short I am finally getting 6.7 mg which is what it always was before 21cn.

Is it fair to say that if you have a stuck profile it stays stuck no matter how many times it's manually adjusted?

Strange BT would show 28th as router shows 3 days 18 hours and as things work now BT profile changed immediately that time ago.
By stuck staying stuck I meant that it seems to have to be changed manually now all the time.
I assume things will get back to normal when "They have identified the issue and are initiating a fix for it." that is sorted out.

Sorry, I didn't explain things very well. The date I gave you is the date the profile was updated on their reporting systems, not the date it will have updated on the bRAS.

Sorry to trouble you again ... my BT IP Profile has been 12.71 Mbps since a resync on 30/03/2012, but my PN Line Speed is stuck at 11.7 Mbps.
Do you think it could be given a nudge?
