Your line is syncing higher than that

However, from your illustration it is also below the FTR.

Should upload be that low?  I have actually lost all faith in Plusnet sorting this for me.

Re: Question #85864399

I'm sorry, you've closed the Fault Ticket and you've raised another Ticket for our Faults/Networks Teams to investigate further. Unfortunately not everyone within the Support Centre is skilled to deal with all types of queries which is why some things take longer than others to address I'm afraid.
As requested previously, please bear with us, we will get this issue looked at.

Re: Question #85864399

I am at work at the moment, but checking the ping monitor it appears there were 2 big spikes of packet loss either side of 10am, then it appears my son is up and online about 11am  Wink

I am trying to be as patient as I can, but is getting to be more than I can "bear"  Cry

Re: Question #85864399

The thing that angers me most is the fact it took 3 full working days to receive the email saying they were passing it on  Undecided
I assume that will delay it for at least another 3 working days, which will take it into next week  Sad

Is the IP profile as reported by BT Speedtest correct?

Re: Question #85864399

It probably just hadn't updated on the back end systems - nothing to worry about.

Re: Question #85864399

It is now 10 days since I submitted the Wireshark capture. Any idea when I will hear anything?

Re: Question #85864399

It's still being looked at. As soon as we've had it looked at, you'll have an update on the ticket.

Re: Question #85864399

Checked on my question and there is the following reply:
Everything looks fine in the capture. However this basic network traffic, can we confirm what data the customer was capturing. If it was basic traffic then everything looks as we would expect it to
Do I therefore need to do another capture while streaming?
Also, why do these communications not come to my email?

Re: Question #85864399

We could do with a capture with traffic that you're having issues with so our Networks Team can investigate further. You'll be looking at a quicker turn around time with this now since your Ticket is with our Networks Team already.
You didn't get an update via e-mail as the note that was added was intended for our Support Team, they would then push the ticket back to you requesting further details.

Re: Question #85864399

Another capture done while streaming. It will be interesting to see if this takes another 10 days to get some sort of action  Undecided
Really have been disappointed with the service as a whole so far  Sad

Re: Question #85864399

It's highly likely there is nothing wrong with the traffic prioritisation of your streaming, but it's worth checking.
If you're synced at anything above 5-6Mbps and have streaming problems, then it's most likely there is some issue your end.
