No nothing has changed, i noticed the speed drop to 2.5MB last night and rebooted the router, around 10pm the speed is no up to 3147, but not as high as it was earlier one yesterday at 4.5mbs

I'm not sure what's happened to drop your speeds other than your SNR increasing.
I would leave your connection for a few days and allow the line to settle and see if things improve.

Wouldn't it be worth temporarily connecting the modem/router to the TEST socket (behind the master socket faceplate) to see what the line is actually capable of ?, and then proceed from there, knowing how much of a speed drop is due to the extension wiring.

Hi noticed the snr has increased from 7.5 till 10.1 is that right in space of 6hrs?

The SNR is supposed to be adaptive. It will adapt it's value depending on line conditions.
