Upload sync capped?

just an update engineer attended today did three line tests only on the 3rd he said he heard a crackle on the line and also checked at the exchange and heard it their but he ran out of time he said so we are no further, can plusnet give me an official update, and what action is next i'm a little bit concerned about the noise margins of the adsl im uploading tracks for the last 3 days.

The engineer changed you on to another D-Side, but the fault continued. He wanted to look at the Eside next as he could hear the noise (intermittently) at the PCP.
The E side is the exchange side of the cab, and the D side is the other side toward the drop wire.
I've enclosed a picture which should explain it better than me.

The full engineer notes have been put in your tickets. Your noise on the graphs looks a wrong, but we'll sort the phone out first.

Ok I think I understand, I'm relieved that someone has confirmed that the noise exists. Can I assume that as it's been identified on the exchange side another visit to my property is not needed and they will carry on investigating?

The fault is still open for further investigation so I'm quite confident the work has been handed over to another engineer to pick up.

Can plus net confirm the work on the line is now complete and when an order to uncap the upload will take place

We've received a clear notification, so if you're not experiencing the same issues on the phone line then it seems that it has been fixed.
When I've just to place an order to uncap your upload, it's already showing as uncapped. I've placed the order anyway and we'll have to see whether it goes through on the 3rd.
